The First Lady of Ghana, Mrs. Lordina Dramani Mahama has arrived in Côte d'Ivoire on Monday, 12 September 2016 as part of a working visit of forty-eight (48) hours. The wife of the Ghanaian Head of State was welcomed at the Felix Houphouët-Boigny international airport in Port-Bouët by Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, First Lady of Côte d'Ivoire.
The plane of the distinguished guest invited by Mrs. Dominique Ouattara stopped on the tarmac of the airport of Port-Bouët at 1.30 pm. After the civilities at the presidential pavilion, the wife of President John Dramani Mahama was entitled to a real bath of crowd. Ghanaian nationals living in Côte d'Ivoire and many Ivorians held their own way in wishing the traditional "akwaba" to the guest.
